Return & Exchange Policy

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition.
• You must provide proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).
• These items cannot be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Perishable items (like food)
  • Final sale items

We can deny any return or exchange for any reason.

This includes if items look used, damaged, or if you’ve made too many returns.

Return shipping is your responsibility, unless we sent the wrong or a defective item.

Refunds (if approved)

• Refunded to your original payment method
• Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Exchanges (if approved)

• You may need to pay any price difference or extra shipping
• We’ll let you know when your replacement item ships by new order confirmation or updated existing order
