Orders are processed within five business days and shipped via USPS, DHL eCommerce, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, sales, or high order volume.

International shipping may be available, but costs vary based on carrier rates.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged, we will replace it after a claim is approved by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Orders shipping via USPS may be sent through DHL eCommerce.

Mexico: We cannot ship used or issued goods. If rejected by customs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Make sure to check your countries, customs rules regarding restricted products including food, used goods, knives and more.
Shipping Adjustments

If the selected service is unavailable or costs 25% more than paid, we may switch to a comparable service at no extra charge.

Order Issues & Cancellations
